The beating heart of the iCLINICIAN App is its Treatment plans. Use the iPads in-built capabilities to capture before and after photos and patient signatures for each treatments informed consent. Mark up patient photos to record where products have been injected and save time by quickly duplicating past treatment plans.

---Clinics---
For businesses who run clinics from multiple locations, create as many clinics as you need & link patients to the clinic that they attend.

---Appointments---
Manage your diary with iCLINICIANs in built multi-view calendar. Link each Appointment to a Patient, Clinic and Clinician.

---Business Branding---
Enter your business details and import your business logo for use on printed invoices, prescriptions, treatment aftercare instructions and other printed documents.

---Products---
iCLINICIAN comes pre-installed with many of the products used by the aesthetics industry and adding additional products is simple. Products used for treatments can be deducted from your Product Inventory and recorded in iCLINICIANs Audit Log for future reference.  iCLINICIAN also helps you to manage your stock levels by identifying when products are out of stock or below your reorder level.

---Invoicing---
Email or print business branded invoices and receipts for your patients for products they purchase or treatments they have received.

---Prescriptions---
Quickly and easily produce branded private prescriptions that can be signed on the iPad and emailed to your chosen pharmacy as well as printing out a hard copy to be signed and subsequently posted to the pharmacy.

---Notes and Documents---
Notes and Documents can be linked to Patients, Clinics, Clinicians and/or Treatments for quick and easy note taking or the saving of important documents. Use Siri to save time and verbally dictate notes.  

---Expenses---
Record your expenses and link these to particular patients, clinics, clinicians or treatments.

---Fridge Temperatures---
Keep a log of your daily internal and external pharmaceutical fridge temperatures. 

---SMS Text---
Send text messages to your patients directly from iCLINICIAN via the Twilio SMS Gateway.

---Emails---
Use iCLINICIANs Email Module to send emails to individual patients or small groups.  Save email templates for future use and insert certain fields such as the Patients first name to personalise group emails.  For larger groups or for mass marketing emails, iCLINICIAN can be linked to a MailChimp account and your patients added to your MailChimp Lists simply by tapping the button next to the email field.

Use iCLINICIAN Timesheets to track and record staff working hours.

---Offline Capability---
iCLINICIAN Solo runs locally on your iPad so you can use it without needing to be connected to the internet.

Easily backup your data to iCloud Drive or Dropbox from within the App. iCLINICIAN tracks when you last backed up your data and prompt you to backup on a regular basis.
